COIL is a center located on the campus of SUNY Purchase dedicated to sharing information about and supporting programs that use online learning to create SUNY academic programs abroad. COIL is funded by LE in partnership with the Office of International Programs and SUNY Purchase.

Funded and created, with Office of International Programs, the Center for Collaboration in Online International Learning on campus of SUNY Purchase will be officially launched September 25, 2006.
